We want you to love your art. You can cancel your order within 30 days of purchase easily.

The cancellation window is 30 days from when you or a chosen recipient receives the print. We take pride in our artisanal quality and want to ensure your absolute satisfaction with every piece.

To start a return, simply notify our studio of your decision through a clear, written statement via email.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. We use your original payment method for the refund, and no extra fees are applied for this service from our side.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please check the following criteria:

  • The print was purchased in the last 30 days

  • Item is in original studio packaging

Non-returnable artisanal items:

  • Custom-made prints or artwork created to your specific dimensions and design choices.

  • Items that have been noticeably handled, framed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Limited edition prints where the original seal or certificate of authenticity has been tampered with.

  • Gift cards or digital download products that are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Our studio reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions to protect the integrity of our art.

Shipping Art

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks. Please send prints back to our main studio at this address:

We are not liable for prints damaged during return transit. We strongly suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method. Refunds can only be issued once the artwork is received and inspected by our team or upon proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If the print was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a store credit for its value. Once we receive the return, a digital gift certificate will be sent to your email address.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the buyer had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser through their initial payment method.
